Is there a minimum commitment?

No. All packages are month-to-month. You can cancel or change your plan at any time — no fees, no fine print.

What counts as a “device”?

Desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones each count as one device. Printers, routers, and smart TVs do not count unless actively supported under your plan.

What happens if I go over my monthly hours?

Additional hours are billed at a standard hourly rate. You’ll always be notified before any overage is charged — no surprise invoices, ever.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch packages at the start of any billing cycle. Just reach out and our team will handle it.

How does M365 migration pricing work?

Migration cost depends on the number of users and the volume of data being transferred. Enterprise plan clients receive migration included. All other plans receive a custom quote.

Does the Enterprise plan include an SLA?
