Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes — completely free. We’ll talk through your situation, answer your questions, and recommend the right service or package for your needs. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too. No sales pressure, no jargon.

What areas do you serve?
We offer remote support nationwide — if you have an internet connection, we can help. On-site visits are available in the Fort Wayne, Indiana metro area by appointment.
Most issues are resolved remotely, so location is rarely a barrier.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All monthly support packages are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no fees, no fine print. You stay because the service delivers results, not because of paperwork.
What do your monthly IT support packages cost?
We offer five flat-rate monthly packages based on the size of your team and the level of support you need:

What are your hourly and one-time service rates?
For clients not on a monthly package, we offer the following rates:
- Remote break-fix support: $95/hr (30-min minimum)
- On-site support: $125/hr + $75 trip charge (1-hr minimum)
- After-hours emergency (remote): $175/hr
- After-hours emergency (on-site): $200/hr
- IT consulting & advisory: $95/hr
Common flat-fee services include: Remote diagnostics ($50), virus removal ($99), PC setup remote ($125) / on-site ($175), system tune-up ($89), email setup ($49), password reset ($35), printer setup remote ($65) / on-site ($99), and more.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or community organizations?
Yes — we love supporting nonprofits and community-focused organizations. Reach out to [email protected] to discuss your situation and see if you’re eligible for a discounted rate.
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind our work. If a service wasn’t delivered as agreed or we had to cancel on you, we’ll make it right. Completed services and delivered work products are generally non-refundable.

What devices and platforms do you support?
We primarily support Windows PCs and laptops, Windows Servers, printers, routers, switches, and Microsoft 365 environments. We also help with common productivity tools like Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Zoom.

Do you offer Microsoft 365 migration?
Yes — Microsoft 365 migration is one of our specialties. We handle everything: domain and DNS configuration, email migration, contacts and calendars, user account setup, Teams and SharePoint, and post-migration testing.
- M365 migration is included at no extra cost for Enterprise support package clients
- For other clients, migration is quoted based on the number of users and data volume
- New tenant setup (up to 5 users): $499 flat + $75/additional user
Do you offer one-time services or do I have to subscribe?
Both. You don’t need a monthly plan to get help. We offer a full menu of flat-fee and hourly one-time services including:
- Remote diagnostics & assessment — $50
- Virus & malware removal — $99
- New computer setup — $125 remote / $175 on-site
- Windows tune-up — $89
- Password reset / account recovery — $35
- Staff technology training — $150/session
Active monthly subscribers receive 10% off all one-time hourly and on-site services.
Do you offer training for staff or teams?
Yes. We offer one-hour remote training sessions for up to 5 participants at $150/session. Common topics include Microsoft 365 basics (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive), cybersecurity awareness, SharePoint navigation, and custom topics on request.
Additional participants or extended sessions are quoted separately. These pair well with new M365 onboarding or after a security incident.
How does remote support work?
We use secure remote access tools to connect to your device so we can troubleshoot and fix issues without you needing to go anywhere. All you need is an internet connection and we’ll walk you through joining the session.
Sessions are encrypted and you can see everything we do on your screen in real time. Most issues — software problems, settings, email setup, updates — can be resolved this way quickly and conveniently.
When do you come on-site?
On-site visits are available in the Fort Wayne, Indiana metro area for situations that can’t be handled remotely — hardware failures, network cable work, printer installation, physical server work, or office network installs.
On-site support is billed at $125/hr with a 1-hour minimum plus a $75 trip charge (waived for Premium and Enterprise monthly subscribers).
Do you offer after-hours or emergency support?
Yes — emergency support is available outside normal business hours (before 9 AM or after 6 PM ET, weekends and holidays) for active monthly support package clients only.
- Emergency remote: $175/hr
- Emergency on-site: $200/hr
Emergency coverage is reserved for monthly clients to protect our availability. If you need this level of response, a monthly package is the right fit.
Is my data safe during a remote session?
Yes. We only access what is needed to resolve your issue. No personal files are stored or transferred off your device without your knowledge. All remote sessions are encrypted, and you can see everything happening on your screen in real time.
You can end the session at any time by closing the remote access window.
What security services do you offer?
We offer a full suite of security services for businesses:
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) — advanced real-time threat monitoring on every device
- DNS Content Filtering — blocks malicious sites before they load
- Dark Web Monitoring — alerts you if your credentials appear in a breach
- Security Awareness Training — monthly phishing simulations for staff
- Email Threat Filtering — catches spam, malware, and impersonation attempts
- MFA Setup & Management — multi-factor authentication across your accounts
- Vulnerability Scanning — monthly external scan with a written findings report
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessment — structured review with prioritized remediation plan
How do you handle my personal information?
We take privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Contact form submissions are stored securely in our CRM platform.

Do you work with other IT professionals or businesses?
Yes. We’re open to collaborating with other IT professionals, consultants, and business owners. If you need supplemental support resources or want to partner on a project, reach out and let’s talk.
Can I refer clients to you or resell your services?
Referrals are always welcome and genuinely appreciated. However, we do not currently offer referral fees or allow our services to be resold or white-labeled under another brand. All support is delivered directly through Homestay Lucy LLC to ensure quality and consistency.
