Absolutely. Microsoft 365 migration is one of our specialties — we handle email, contacts, calendars, files, domain configuration, user account setup, and post-migration testing. Migration is included at no extra cost for Enterprise plan clients; other tiers receive a custom quote based on data volume and complexity.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Response times depend on your plan. Essentials clients receive best-effort response during business hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM ET). Professional clients get a 1–2 business day guarantee. Business and above receive priority response, and Premium clients have a same-day target. Active monthly clients also have access to emergency support outside normal hours.
