As an experienced IT Project Manager and Consultant, I spent years working with businesses to improve their IT infrastructure, helpdesk operations, and data analytics strategies. I saw firsthand how many companies struggled with inefficient workflows, disconnected systems, and untapped data insights. I knew there had to be a better way—a way to bridge the gap between technology and business success.

The Beginning: A Passion for IT & Business Solutions

During my time working on complex systems like Saffire, a policy management platform for workers' compensation, I gained deep insights into enterprise technology, automation, and system integrations. I worked on claims processing, compliance tracking, and payment management, helping companies streamline their operations.

But I wanted to do more. I wanted to help businesses beyond just one system, providing tailored IT consulting solutions that could improve efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and optimize technology to meet business goals. That’s when I decided to launch Homestay Lucy—an IT consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses transform technology into a competitive advantage.
